The engine of this motor is Type Air/oil-cooled flat twin (‘Boxer’) 4-stroke engine, two camshafts and four radially aligned valves per cylinder, central balancer shaft and Capacity 1,170 cc. the engine can works properly since the fuel supply is very fluent from the Mixture control / engine management Electronic intake pipe injection / BMS-K+ digital engine management with overrun fuel cut-off, twin spark ignition. This motor is very comfortable like a luxurious car from BMW since this motor is completed with responsive suspensions. They are Front wheel location / suspension BMW Motorrad Telelever; stanchion diameter 35 mm, central spring strut, Rear wheel location / suspension Cast aluminium single-sided swing arm with BMW Motorrad Paralever; WAD strut (travel-related damping), spring pre-load hydraulically adjustable (continuously variable) at handwheel, rebound damping adjustable and Suspension travel front / rear 4.7/5.3 inches (120/135 mm). the price of this motor is only US $17,945.

The BMW R90S would be in my opinion, would have to be the ultimate classic BMW motorcycle to own. Launched in 1973 the R90S had a 67hp, 898cc overhead valve, flat opposed twin and was the ultimate 1970's BMW sports bike and also the best of the classic old style boxer twins. The R90S was also a major surprise to everyone, having a very hot engine for a BMW, with pumper slide 38 Dell'Orto carburettors, it had a surprising turn of speed of a 130 mph and even won production races.

Way before their time, all BMW R90's came with beautiful two-tone paintwork, that has never been copied since. IT had very sleek styling, which was very unusual for a BMW of that era, and a small cockpit fairing for rider protection.
